Administration

Stefanie Duby is the Principal of West Middle School. This is Mrs. Duby’s first year at West as the Principal. She has been an Administrator in the Nampa School District for eight years. Prior to coming to West she worked at Nampa High School and Centennial Elementary School.

Mrs. Duby taught Spanish, Algebra and Special Education for six years in Oregon. She has a strong history working with students with special needs and their families. During her teaching years she also coached Varsity Volleyball and Basketball taking several teams to the State Tournament.

Mrs. Duby is a mother of three boys. Two of her boys attend West Middle School. Her oldest son is in college. Her husband, Allen (Skeeter) Duby, works at Nampa High School.

In her free time, Mrs. Duby is active with her family rodeoing and team roping. She participates in team ropings throughout the Treasure Valley and western United States.
