Mrs. Rounds – K
Mrs. Rounds was born in Walla Walla,
WA. The best part of teaching kindergarten is
seeing how excited the students are to learn. Mrs. Rounds attended two elementary
schools one in Dayton, Washington
and one in Walla Walla, WA. Her favorite memory is learning how to
sing “Handy Jive” with hand motions.

Mrs. Simmonds – K
Mrs. Simmonds was born in
Seattle, WA.
Her favorite part of teaching 1st grade is being a key
part in their lives and watching them learn to read. She attended Lincoln Elementary
School in Mount
Vernon, WA and
her favorite memory was bringing her horse “Naddy”
to school!

– 1st
Mrs. France was born
in Delta, UT. She loves teaching
first grade because of the kids. She
attended elementary school at St.
Paul’s school.
Her favorite memory of elementary school is watching her 5th
grade teacher draw.

Mrs. Gutierrez –
1st
Mrs. Gutierrez was born
in Pharr, TX.
Her favorite thing about teaching second grade is watching her
students learn. She attended
elementary school in Pharr,
TX. Her favorite memory was being a teacher
helper. This inspired her to become
a teacher.

Mrs. Fleming – 1st
Mrs. Fleming was born in Nampa, ID. What she likes best about the 2nd
grade is working with kids. She went
to elementary school in Kuna,
ID. Her favorite memory is listening to her 1st
grade teacher read to the class after lunch recess.

Mrs. Mathew – 2nd
Mrs. Mathew was born in Ft.
Belvoir, VA. Her favorite part of teaching 1st
grade is making connections with kids and seeing their excitement when they
learn something new. Mrs. Mathew
attended Alkali Creek Elementary School
in Billings, MT.
Her favorite memory is being chosen to direct the 4th
grade class play.

Mrs. Szymanski was born
in West Palm Beach, FL.
Her favorite aspect of teaching is watching her students learn. Mrs. Szymanski went to elementary school
at Hudson Elementary
School in Tempe,
AZ. Her favorite memory was listening to Mrs.
Toth read Where The Red
Fern Grows.

Mrs. Santana – 2nd
Mrs. Santana was born in Alomosa,
CO. Mrs. Santana loves teaching because she
gets to see the students grow academically and socially. She attended Central
Elementary School in Alomosa,
CO. Her favorite memory is being the best
tether ball player in the fourth grade.
She could even beat the fifth graders!

Mrs. Langford – 3rd
Mrs. Langford was born in
Caldwell, ID.
Her favorite part of teaching 2nd grade is watching “the
light bulb click on” when her students understand something they have been
studying. She also likes to be able
to be a “big kid” around her students. She attended many elementary schools
in Nampa, ID.
Her favorite memory was getting to be the student of the week in 2nd
grade.

Mrs. Crum – 3rd
Mrs. Crum was born in Souix Falls,
SD. Mrs. Crum enjoys teaching because she
enjoys having a direct impact on children's lives, giving them a
platform of skills and knowledge that will provide them the
ability to accomplish their future goals. Since High School she has
been involved in elementary schools. Working with children has always been a joy for her. She attended West Lyon
Elementary School in Inwood, IA. Her
favorite memory was creating her own plays, inventions, and communities in
2nd grade.

Mrs. Roderick – 4th
Mrs. Roderick was born in
Twin Falls, ID.
Her favorite part of teaching fourth grade is helping children learn
and helping them build their dreams for the future. She attended Washington Elementary
School in Boise,
ID. Her favorite memory was making Paper
Mache animals in 3rd grade!

Mrs. Padgett – 4th
Mrs. Padgett was born in Boise, ID. She loves watching student’s learn. Mrs. Padgett went to elementary school in
Boise. Her favorite memory was playing on the
monkey bars at recess. She couldn’t
wait to go outside and have fun!

Mrs. Mellen – 4th
Mrs. Mellen was born in Caldwell, ID. To her the best thing about teaching 5th
grade is working with amazing students, staff, and families. Mrs. Mellen went to the old Roosevelt Elementary
school in Nampa,
ID. She loved everything about elementary
school! She enjoyed studying, her
friends, recess, lunchroom, fund raiser events, assemblies, and so much
more!

Martinez-Harrell – 4th
Mrs. Martinez was born in
Burley, ID. What she likes best
about teaching 5th grade is hearing students say, “Oh! I get how
to do that now!” To her that is priceless.
She attended Heyburn Elementary School in Heyburn, ID. Her favorite memory is receiving
certificates for her achievements.
