2010-2011 OPEN ENROLLMENT (For students who wish to attend Skyview but live outside our school boundaries or school district) – August 10th – August 31st. Forms are available at the District Office (468-4600)
ENROLLMENT FORMS/PACKETS The enrollment forms below are available at your convenience for you to download, print, & complete. Packets will also be available at Skyview during orientation/enrollment. Please note that mailed enrollment forms will not be accepted. Please bring all completed forms on the designated orientation/enrollment dates indicated above.
If you have multiple students attending Skyview, you are welcome to register them all on the same day.
Please remember to bring a current utility bill for address verification (water, power, gas).
