BOOSTER CLUB NEWS

 

The NHS Booster Club welcomes all parents to participate.  They meet the second Saturday of every month at 8:00 a.m. in the cafeteria.  The 3rd annual dinner/auction is scheduled for Saturday, March 14, 2009, in the NHS cafeteria.  The majority of the proceeds will be given to the turf fund to improve the stadium.  For more information about this great event or how you can be involved in the NHS Boosters, contact Booster president, Jan Lakey, at 465-5897 and check out the information sheet and membership application on the back yellow page of this newsletter.  Don’t forget to purchase your NHS spirit items at the Booster cart at the football games.  Go Dawgs!

 

 

 


                      

Nampa High Booster Mission Statement

 

To Promote Excellence in Academics, Athletics, and Activities.

 

Our Goals:

 

1.  To encourage parental involvement in making Nampa High School a better place.

 

2.  To raise money to support academics, athletics, and activities.

 

3.  To provide a forum to allow parents to meet.

 

4.  To improve school and community spirit.

 

 

How Are We Making an Impact?

 

Last year we raised enough money to fund over $15,000 to support our three areas of focus.  Every year we give away two scholarships to Nampa High Students.  We played a crucial part in getting the school district to initiate a bond to renovate Nampa High.
