Experienced & Highly Qualified

The Nampa School District employs a faculty of more than 830 talented, experienced teachers. 93% are highly qualified according to state and federal criteria. On average our teachers have 10 years experience teaching, most of it here in Nampa.

Teachers aren’t left alone to close the classroom door and fend for themselves. Our district embraces a team approach that is reflected in all our schools, from grade-level teams at the elementary level to multi-disciplinary teams who work with a group of students for two years at the high school level.
